Refund Policy

Diamonds activate the instant Stripe confirms payment. By completing checkout you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal for diamonds that have already been used. Unspent diamonds can still be refunded within 14 days of purchase — email info@kurdbits.com with your Stripe receipt.

Premium subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from Settings → Premium. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't pro-rate partial periods. New subscribers can request a full refund within 14 days if they have not yet used any premium benefit (premium chest, +50% booster, premium-only features).

Email info@kurdbits.com with: your username, the Stripe receipt or invoice ID, and the reason. We respond within 5 business days and process eligible refunds via Stripe within 14 days.

Disputed transactions opened with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us may result in account suspension while we investigate. We recommend contacting us directly first — it's faster.
