Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in countries that require parental consent under GDPR Art. 8) to register. One account per person. Sharing accounts, selling accounts, using bots, exploits, multi-accounting, or automation tools are grounds for immediate suspension and deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our reasonable discretion when we find evidence of cheating, fraud, harassment, or threats to other players.

All in-game content (artwork, names, gameplay systems, code) is owned by Kurdbits or its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it within bitwar.app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Player-generated content (usernames, messages) remains yours, but you grant Kurdbits a worldwide licence to display and distribute it within the game.

Diamonds and premium subscriptions are digital goods, billed via Stripe. Diamonds activate immediately upon purchase. By purchasing diamonds you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under the Dutch Wet koop op afstand for the portion that has been used. See the Refund Policy for full terms.

bitwar.app is provided "as is". We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any specific time. We may take the service down for maintenance, updates, or for any other reason.

To the maximum extent allowed by Dutch law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

bitwar.app is a live-service game. Game balance, units, costs, mechanics, and visual design may change at any time. We may add or remove features. Diamonds spent on a feature that is later removed are not automatically refunded.

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Midden-Nederland, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules require otherwise.
